Welcome to Derek Carter’s Perform Younger Fitness App: an All-Access subscription that allows you to train where you want and when you want.
Let’s face it, once we hit the age of 30, getting fit and maintaining it becomes difficult. What kept us in shape when we were in our 20’s doesn’t work anymore. The Perform Younger® App was designed with one goal in mind...getting you back to looking, feeling and performing younger.

: Feel Younger Collection- a series of workouts that will help you improve your posture, core strength and mobility.
: Perform Younger Collection- a series of workouts that will help you improve your athleticism, balance, strength and power.

• No more guessing what you should do for a workout.
• Each program consists of follow-along videos with helpful coaching cues and instruction on
how to perform each exercise safely and effectively.
• Get coaching on your exercise technique and stop putting yourself at risk to get injured.
• Suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to professional athletes.
• With each exercise having several alternative options, you don’t have to worry about skipping an exercise due to unavailability of equipment or body limitation.
• Get access to short video tutorials and documents to better understand your body, hormones, different types of workout methods, weight room safety and more.


Note regarding Apple Health:

The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.

App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.

Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.
